I am a Slippery Rock High School graduate, class of 1995. (Please don’t do the math.) I can not tell you how happy I am to be serving families in Slippery Rock.  I came back “home” after teaching 2nd and 3rd grade at a private school in Wilkinsburg for 7 years. After graduating from Chatham University with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology,  I left “the Burgh” and was thrilled to return to SR as a Middle School counselor, then 6th grade language arts teacher…….and now…. I have my dream job as the school counselor at SRAE. In my free time, I love having adventures with my two girls and dog, Cash, enjoying time outside and exploring new places. 

Each and every child has potential for growth…in so many ways!

By moving one step at a time and not giving up, I believe each child can develop his/her strengths

and overcome any obstacle.
