Schedule Change Requests
How to go about requesting a schedule change…
Return a Green “Schedule Change” sheet to the Guidance Office or Main Office.
These are available in the Guidance Office and Main Office.
Call Guidance Office (extension 2006) to set up an appointment.
Dates available for appointments are between June 3-14.
Please don't rely on email to communicate with the counselors during the summer regarding scheduling. While we believe all problems have been corrected, we have experienced difficulty in receiving messages since the recent conversion to gmail. A phone call prior to June 14 or submitting the green request form are the most dependable methods of communication...
After June 14, no one is in the guidance office for the summer. You should, however, submit a green “Schedule Change” sheet to the Main Office. These sheets will be taken care of in August, when the counselors return.
Please keep in mind – these schedules are preliminary. Changes are likely to be made between now and the 2019-2020 school year. You will receive an updated copy of your schedule prior to the beginning of next school year.
