WELCOME NEW STUDENTS! Please complete the NEW STUDENT PACKET including the Free & Reduced Lunch document. Packets are available on our website or in the SRAHS Guidance Office. Return documents in person by delivering to high school, by email to [email protected] or by mail to Guidance Office, Slippery Rock Area High School, 201 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057 with "NEW ENROLLMENT" noted on the envelope. Please note that a birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunizations are also required. If your student had previous discipline occurrences, the Affadavit for Parental Registration Statement also needs notarized.
WORK PERMIT application and birth certificate are required to apply for student's work permit. Visit the SRAHS Guidance Office to process your Work Permit. You may also submit paperwork electronically to [email protected], or mail to Mrs. Angie Beilstein, SRAHS Guidance Office, 201 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057 with 'Attention Work Permit' noted. Upon completion, the student has to be present to sign.
